Help us celebrate Earth Day!
Earth Day Pensacola is a FREE community festival on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Bayview Park, 2001 East Lloyd Street Pensacola, FL 32503 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. We are currently seeking local vendors and exhibitors who are making positive differences in Pensacola and want to celebrate Earth Day with our community!
ATTENTION: We have recently revised our vendor application process for 2022. Thanks for your patience as we are a small team rebuilding the festival for our first in-person event since 2019. Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned after review of your application. If you have any questions, please email us at earthdaypcola@gmail.com.
This festival serves as a catalyst to unite individuals and groups who work toward preserving and protecting the earth. We are committed to acknowledging businesses and organizations that are dedicated to this mission.
We strive to bring the following to festival-goers through our selection of vendors/exhibitors:
• Increased awareness of environmental issues that impact our community and planet
• Information, ideas, and projects that will lead our community toward environmentally beneficial solutions
• Inspiration through education on how to make eco-conscious choices as an individual and how those small
steps are part of a long-term, collective impact on our environment
Vendors and exhibitors will be selected based on the mission of the Earth Day Pensacola festival.

(Please note: Earth Day Pensacola is a nonpartisan event and cannot accept vendors from any partisan sources, including but not limited to, political candidates or campaigns, elected officials, political parties, or other partisan organizations.)
If you would like to be a Vendor/Exhibitor at the Earth Day Pensacola Festival, please apply by March 1, 2022 using one of the options below. Upon receipt, your application will be reviewed, and you will receive an email confirming (1) whether your exhibit space has been reserved and (2) instructions for your fee payment.

Important notes:
- There is no fee for non-profit organizations provided that you agree to promote Earth Day Pensacola through your media platforms and to your members.
- Vendors must arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- Your reservation is not considered complete until the applicable fee has been received, and your space may not be guaranteed until such time.
